Hi everyone
sorry i haven't been posting. Have only made one card which is a christmas one! been busy during the summer hols with the kids.. had friends staying for 5 days then off to london for family weekend, and now preparing for our holiday away! Kids have been brilliant and so far have loved having them around. Usually there is bickering and boredom!
anyway will post some cards soon. My youngest birthday this weekend so will get busy with that and post.

wedding anniversary card

Morning

well its just started to rain but had woken up to sunshine! Typical i was taking the boys to lunch time picnic at Freiston Shore RSPB reserve 5 mins up road. hopefully it is a shower that will pass. First day of school holidays so they are full of excitement, while i ponder how to keep them entertained!

I made this wedding anniversary card for my sister in law. I used the new Papermania embossing folder for the backgound and sizzlit hearts. gold tinting on hearts embossing with black ribbon and clear gems. stamped sentiment.

thanks for stopping by. Made this quick card last night for our new Headteacher - she started in april and has made lots of improvements already. card was made using Stampin Up flower from

Petal prints set. mounted on green vellum with fiskars border punch and stampin Up ribbon.

New Baby Card

My neighbour became a grandma for the first time on sunday. I have made her this card with forever friend image. Image and background papers from foever friends cdrom. stamp from my stash and used fiskars punch heart cut out on tag along with button and ribbon to embellish.

Art Deco Lady

Hi we had a fantastic weekend. we went to a friend's birthday barbeque and had a wonderful time. The art deco lady card was made for this friend and she loved it. Image and backing paper printed from Debbie Moore art deco Glitter and glitz cdrom. Image highlighted with glitter sakura gel pen. Decorated with gems and verse from a website.

Hope you are well and enjoying this glorious weather. My craft mojo has returned and i have managed to make 2 cards! have another 15 for family and friends before end of august so better get a move on.



First card is new home card for a friend. I have used a digi image kindly donated dy a docrafts member.circles cut out on tag- a-long and hand wrote message.

I am really pleased with this Sarah Kay Picking Apples card. It is for a friends daughter. Image is from a colouring page site coloured with watercolour pencils and aged with tea stain varnish by Rubber Stampede. Border made from punch and also tea stained. background paper by papermania vintage range and i made the paper roses.

Revamped background!

sorry been quiet for last few weeks. Life been busy... helped my parents to move and hubby been helping build kitchen etc for them. Didn't get job i applied for so was a bit down about that and so my crafting mojo got up and went. However silver lining is that my current work have began to give me more flexi shifts.
Any way having a craft clearout and saving for big shot as my original sizzix died! Decided to revamp site so that when my crafting mojo returns i have a brighter site to display on.
Off to summer clean (bit late with spring cleaning!)!

Lucy the flowerpot cat

Well woke up to sunny sky but cloudy and windy. Pottered in garden and one of my helpers sat watching me weeding around the pond.Lucy decided to sit in the flowerpot just in case she could pounce on a frog i might disturb. Unfortunately poured with rain this afternoon so rain stopped play! I have been trying to complete a job application form this evening, but also want to get some birthday cards done for this month. Oh well hopefully finish it tomorrow.

My first peony of this year

My favourite flower and the first bloom has appeared in my garden. I love this pink variety. so lucky inherited this with the garden when we moved here 4 and half years ago. roll on summer sun ..soon please!

First Post !!

welcome to my blog and my first posting. I've become addicted to selling on ebay so delayed setting up my blog but here now. I'm sure i'll have a play with the backgrounds ...i'm still hunting for some peonies to post. My first garden bloom appeared yesterday so will pop out and photograph for my blog. Over next few days I will up load some cards as my week has calmed down - who else gets tired of chauffeur duties to cubs, youth club, football etc !! Well at least i can say my boys are active!
